BlakBot A.I. Technology Company Policy & Returns Policy
At BlakBot A.I. Technology, we are committed to providing high-quality AI consulting services and products to our clients. The following policies outline our terms of service, ownership rights, and return policies to ensure transparency and a clear understanding between our company and our clients.
Company Services and Product Policy
1. All services and products provided by BlakBot A.I. Technology are licensed and owned by BlakBot A.I. Technology. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services and products for their intended purposes.
2.Non-Refundable project consultation fee of $25.00
3. Upon completion of the agreed product or service, any additional work requested by the client will incur an additional fee. The scope and cost of additional work will be determined and agreed upon by both parties before commencement.
Project Completion Time
1. The estimated time of completion for each project will be provided at the start of the engagement. BlakBot A.I. Technology personnel are the only authorized individuals who can extend the completion time of a project.
2. Any delays caused by the client, such as late submission of required information or materials, will result in a corresponding extension of the project completion time.
Returns Policy
No Refunds on Completed Work
1. BlakBot A.I. Technology does not offer refunds for completed work. Once a service or product has been delivered and accepted by the client, it is considered final.
2. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and request revisions during the development phase to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverable.
Additional Work and Fees
1. Any requests for additional work or modifications after the completion of the agreed product or service will be subject to additional fees. The cost of additional work will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the request.
2. A new agreement outlining the additional work and associated fees will be created and must be signed by both parties before any additional work begins.
Ownership and Licensing
1. All content, services, and products created by BlakBot A.I. Technology are owned by BlakBot A.I. Technology. Clients are provided with a license to use the deliverables for their specified purposes, but ownership remains with BlakBot A.I. Technology.
2. Clients are not permitted to resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the licensed content, services, or products without the explicit written consent of BlakBot A.I. Technology.
